Better late than never...

Happy Belated Birthday to my wonderful friend NANCY! Her B-Day was really last week but I just could not find the time to get this card done before hand, sorry 'bout that Nancy! I made sure to add lots & lots of purple just for you. Hope your day was great!!

Details:

{stamp} Whisps of Joy (I believe that is the name, it was from an image swap, but I do have to say I LOVE her and I think I might have to HAVE her!!)

{markers} bic, sharpie (Ok I'm too cheap for copics...), Prisma, & Marvy Twinkellette gold glitter

{paper} Chatterbox (old old scraps from my stash)

{embellishments} acrylic heart by Heidi Swap, felt Flower by American Crafts, button, Glitter, Corner punch by EK Sucess, Ribbon by bazzel, & Cats Eye Ink by Colorbox

Part of the reason this card took me a little longer than planned is because I had help. (actually Matthew was the culprit, but Abby decided it needed some more color)See what I get for leaving my stuff out & unattended (darn I only had 2 images from the swap too! Anyone want to RAK me some more???)

So after the coloring incident I needed to keep Abby busy so I could get the card made (and not mess up my last & only image) so she made this sweet bella card. Pretty good for a 5 year old!

EnJoy!

Just gorgeous! Let them be little. At least they're playing with colors and markers! Great job on them and I still have my Bic markers and mix them with my copics. Just our secret!

The image is from Whiff of Joy so you were close! Your kiddos did a good job, even if it was your last image.
I have a Matthew too!!

Your card is beautiful and your kids did a great job!!! I wish I had that stamp; I could just lend it to you since we live in the same town!!!

Blessings,
Christine

P.S. My aunt has Downs and she is now in her 60s. She lives in Missouri with her sister and they are comming next week for a visit. I can't wait to see her. She is always so much fun and she loves to tease us. Last time they were here my brother was teasing her by tickling her feet. She moved because she thought she didn't want to be teased. The next thing we know she is standing in front of my brother holding her foot up for him to tickle it. The best thing about people with Downs is that they are kids forever!!! I love her so much!
